Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all quotations, holds, bookings and invoices issued by NINE MEDIA LINKS(GSTIN 05AYLPS6779H1ZN). By confirming a booking you accept them.

1. 01Booking & confirmation

   A booking is confirmed only on receipt of a signed release order and the advance payment. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

2. 02Payment terms

   50% advance with the release order; balance before display start unless agreed otherwise in writing. Invoices are payable within 15 days. GST at the prevailing rate is extra.

3. 03Holds

   A hold reserves a site for 72 hours without charge. It lapses automatically if not converted into a booking and does not constitute a confirmed booking.

4. 04Rates & charges

   Display rates exclude printing, mounting and any government, municipal or permission charges, which are billed at actuals or as quoted.

5. 05Artwork

   Print-ready artwork must reach us at least 3 working days before the start date. Delays in artwork do not extend the display period. The advertiser is responsible for the legality and content of the creative.

6. 06Display period

   The display period runs from the mounting date agreed in the release order. Where mounting is delayed for reasons attributable to us, the period is extended equivalently.

7. 07Damage & force majeure

   Flexes damaged by weather, vandalism or events beyond our control are re-mounted at printing cost. We are not liable for loss of display caused by statutory orders, natural calamities or civil disturbance.

8. 08Cancellation

   Cancellations after confirmation attract a charge of one month's display rate plus any printing and mounting already incurred.

9. 09Estimated views

   Estimated monthly views shown on the portal are modelled opportunity-to-see figures provided for planning guidance only and are not a guarantee of audience.

10. 10Jurisdiction

    All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
